1. About Us

LozMoto LTD is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12375282, VAT No. 513454610). Our registered address is 79 Rumbridge Street, Totton, Southampton, SO40 9DT. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and services.

2. Motorcycle Sales

When purchasing a motorcycle from LozMoto:

• All descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing.
• Mileage is verified where possible, but cannot always be guaranteed.
• All bikes are sold as seen unless a warranty is explicitly stated at the point of sale.
• We strongly encourage buyers to inspect and test ride any motorcycle before purchase.

3. Pricing

• All prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds Sterling).
• Prices include VAT where applicable.
• Prices are subject to change without notice until a sale is confirmed and a deposit has been paid.

4. Payment

• We accept payment by bank transfer and cash.
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve a motorcycle.
• Full payment must be received before collection or delivery of the motorcycle.

5. Warranty

Any warranty terms will be stated at the point of sale. Warranty coverage varies by vehicle and is agreed upon before purchase. Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, consumable parts, or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accident.

6. Returns & Cooling Off

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you purchase a motorcycle at a distance (online or by phone), you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery during which you may cancel the purchase and return the motorcycle. The motorcycle must be returned in the same condition as received, and you are responsible for the cost of returning it.

This cooling-off period does not apply to motorcycles purchased in person at our premises, as the Distance Selling Regulations do not cover face-to-face transactions.

7. Finance

Finance is provided by third-party finance companies and is subject to status and affordability checks. LOZMOTO LTD is an Appointed Representative of Automotive Compliance Ltd who is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA No. 497010), and acts as a credit broker, not a lender. All finance agreements are between you and the finance provider. Please ensure you read the finance agreement carefully before signing. 8. Part-Exchange

• Part-exchange valuations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
• Valuations are subject to a physical inspection of the motorcycle and may be adjusted if the condition differs from what was described.
• We reserve the right to adjust or withdraw a valuation at any time prior to the completion of a sale.

9. Sale or Return

• Sale or return terms are agreed in writing before the motorcycle is listed for sale.
• The commission rate is agreed before the motorcycle is listed.
• The seller is responsible for the accuracy of the description and the condition of the motorcycle.
• LozMoto LTD is not liable for any claims arising from inaccurate descriptions provided by the seller.

10. Collection & Delivery

• We offer free collection and delivery within Hampshire and Dorset.
• Collection and delivery outside this area may be available by arrangement and may incur an additional charge.
• Risk in the motorcycle transfers to the buyer upon collection or delivery.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LozMoto LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or the purchase of a motorcycle. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the purchase price of the motorcycle in question.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
